Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade RPG Expands to PC Platform in 2024

Jujutsu Kaisen enthusiasts have another reason to rejoice as the official website for the Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade role-playing game recently announced its upcoming release on PC. Following its successful launch on iOS and Android platforms on November 21, 2023, the game is now poised to conquer the PC gaming sphere in 2024. Fans eagerly anticipating this supernatural adventure can now mark their calendars and apply for pre-registration, currently available on the official website.

Originally slated for release in spring 2023, the game’s debut was postponed to ensure a refined and immersive gaming experience. Developer Sumzap utilized this time to meticulously refine the game, ensuring that every aspect of the intricate world is true to Gege Akutami’s wildly popular manga series.

Phantom Parade offers more than just a typical RPG experience; it’s a free-to-play adventure with optional in-app purchases that bring the vibrant world of Jujutsu Kaisen to life. Players can interact with beloved characters such as Yūji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, Nobara Kugisaki, Satoru Gojō, and Kento Nanami, each intricately rendered and faithful to their manga counterparts.

Moreover, the game introduces original characters voiced by a talented cast, enhancing the immersive narrative. Rina Satō voices Saki Rindo, while Kōtarō Nishiyama breathes life into Kaito Yūki. Rikiya Koyama portrays Kensuke Nagino, adding depth to the Tokyo Prefectural Jujutsu High School’s Fukuoka branch, where Saki and Kaito embark on their first-year adventures.

With Eve’s hauntingly beautiful theme song ‘Avant,’ the game promises to deliver a fully immersive experience for fans. Eve’s distinctive style, known from the anime’s first opening theme, ‘Kaikai Kitan,’ adds to the excitement surrounding the game’s release.

The journey of Jujutsu Kaisen began in March 2018 when Akutami launched the manga in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. Recognizing its potential, Viz Media published the first three chapters in English alongside Japan as part of its Jump Start initiative. The anime adaptation premiered in October 2020, captivating audiences worldwide. The cinematic journey continued with the release of the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 anime film in December 2021, solidifying its place as a cultural phenomenon.

As fans eagerly await the release of Jujutsu Kaisen: Phantom Parade on PC, the expansion of the game to new platforms ensures that the excitement and adventure of the Jujutsu Kaisen universe reach an even broader audience, further cementing its status as a beloved franchise in the world of anime and gaming.
