Norwegian tech brand reMarkable has made its official entry into the Indian market with the launch of reMarkable 2, a revolutionary paper-styled tablet aimed at knowledge and business users. Available for purchase on Amazon’s India portal since January 5, the e-ink tablet is designed to provide users with a distraction-free experience, thanks to its minimalistic design and user interface.
Priced at ₹53,799, the reMarkable 2 comes bundled with a one-year free subscription plan. Subsequently, users can opt for a subscription starting at ₹299 per month or ₹2,990 annually. Operating on the Codex platform, a Linux-based system, the tablet boasts 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage, expandable up to 128GB, powered by an ARM A9 dual-core 1.2 GHz processor.
The reMarkable 2 features a 10.3-inch LCD display with a 16:10 aspect ratio, weighing approximately 476 grams. Equipped with a 3,000mAh battery and a Type-C port for charging, the tablet offers a remarkable two weeks of battery life and three months of standby time.
