Ahead of the highly anticipated grand opening of the BAPS Hindu Mandir in Abu Dhabi, scheduled for February 14, the spiritual leader of BAPS, His Holiness Mahant Swami Maharaj, has arrived in the UAE. His visit was marked by a warm welcome from UAE President HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence.
The journey towards the inauguration has been marked by significant milestones, including a special tour of the temple for ambassadors of 42 countries on January 29. Hosted by the Indian ambassador in UAE, Sunjay Sudhir, the diplomatic corps marveled at the temple’s unique architecture, intricate motifs, and its profound message of unity, peace, and harmony.
