Benita’s musical journey started in 7th grade, learning Manipuri sankirtan songs from her first guru, Senjam Shila. With a passion for folk music and traditional dance, Benita pursued her artistic endeavors, completing her dance diploma at Jawaharlal Nehru Manipur Dance Academy and currently pursuing a master’s in dance at Manipur University.
