She emphasizes the importance of adopting a balanced lifestyle, where exercise, nutrition, and rest harmoniously coexist. “We actors work long hours and, in order to stay fit and look good, end up gymming at any time and eating less,” she laments, highlighting the pervasive pressures within the industry to maintain a certain aesthetic standard.

“Going to the gym is necessary,” Nidhi acknowledges, “but instead of exercising at the right time, I used to eat at wrong times and then push myself to go to the gym at odd hours.
